Hi, I’m Kate, the founder of Gentle Footprints.
I’m based in Bristol, UK, but I work with women around the world who are finding their way after pregnancy and baby loss.

My work is shaped by personal experience. I’ve lost multiple babies, between 8 and 23 weeks. I understand how life can come to a standstill, how identity can feel lost, and how isolating those weeks and months can be.
Gentle Footprints began in the middle of that grief.
It’s now a space where women can gently begin to reclaim who they are, feel more grounded in their day to day, and find a way forward, step by step.
